SF6DLE

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about SF6DLE, the daily Street Fighter 6 guessing game.

What is SF6DLE?

SF6DLE is a free daily guessing game inspired by Wordle and LoLdle, set in the Street Fighter 6 universe. Each day offers four puzzles: guess the character of the day from attribute clues, from a blurred silhouette, from a character-select portrait revealed tile by tile, and guess the stage of the day from a progressively zoomed-out image.

Is the game free?

Yes, SF6DLE is completely free. The site is funded by advertising, which covers hosting costs and helps keep building new modes and new games.

How often do the puzzles change?

A new puzzle for each mode is published every day at midnight (your device's local time). The answer is the same for every player on a given day.

How many game modes are there?

Four modes: Character (attribute clues), Silhouette (blurred render), Portrait (character-select art revealed tile by tile) and Stage (a progressively zoomed-out image). Each has its own daily puzzle.

Is there a limit on guesses?

No, guesses are unlimited and there is no game over. The goal is to find the right answer in as few tries as possible, then share your result.

Do I need an account?

No account is required. Your progress and stats are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.

Is SF6DLE affiliated with Capcom?

No. SF6DLE is a fan project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Capcom. Street Fighter 6 and all related material are the property of Capcom Co., Ltd.

How is my data used?

SF6DLE respects your privacy: no data is sold. Audience measurement is anonymous, and advertising consent is handled through Google's consent platform. Full details are on the Privacy page.

How do the six attribute clues and the orange cells work?

Each guess fills a row of six cells: gender, country, fighting style, height, weight and series debut. Green means that cell matches the hidden character exactly, red means it does not. Country is the only cell that can turn orange, meaning your guess comes from the same continent but the wrong country. Height, weight and debut add an up or down arrow telling you which way the real value sits.

Which Street Fighter 6 characters can be the answer?

All 31 fighters playable in Street Fighter 6 are in the pool, launch roster and later additions alike. When Capcom releases a new character, they are added once they are actually playable, with the values from their official profile, and nobody is ever removed. One gap is real rather than an oversight: Capcom keeps Chun-Li's weight undisclosed, so that cell shows a question mark.

Can I replay past days, and where do old answers live?

Yes. The archive lets you replay any finished day in any mode, and a replay never touches your daily stats or your streak. If you would rather just read the solutions, the daily answers pages list the four results for every finished date since launch, one page per day. The day in progress is never shown there, so you cannot spoil yourself by accident.
